Manufacturing Controlling Manager - Immediate start

Our client is an international organization with manufacturing activities, now seeking a manufacturing controller. To be based in canton Vaud, this role is expected to have up to 50% of international travels.

Responsibilities :

• Lead transformation projects to improve and standardize the existing manufacturing processes across the organization
• Standard costing implementation
• Enhance the calculations of COGS
• Deliver regular reporting and in-depth analysis on manufacturing activities to top management
• Travel to local plants to understand the existing process and implement the new changes while ensuring a swift transition

Candidate profile :

• Minimum 10 years of hands on experience in manufacturing controlling positions, within an international company
• Experience in both manufacturing plant level and HQ level is preferred
• Significant experience in controlling and budgeting
• Strong experience in project management and driving changes
• Soft skills : assertive, strong communicator
• Language skills : fluency in English and in German are required, good level of French would be a plus
• Able to start working immediately
• Job applicants should already have a valid Swiss working permit to allow working in Switzerland
