Managing the Innovation Network (roughly 50% of time)

Improve the effectiveness, engagement, and strategic influence of the bank's outreach network working groups. This includes organizing and facilitating meetings, supporting working group chairs, and coordinating events and plenary sessions.

Stakeholder Engagement (roughly 30% of time)

In collaboration with the bank's Communications department, ensure the organization is perceived as innovative and authoritative. This involves :

• Enhancing the professional and innovative image at events
• Reviewing and editing posters, presentations, and speeches
• Drafting content for processes like engagement with the private sector and internal communications
• Managing the learning series and the organizations Alumni Network

Innovation Summit and Other Events (roughly 20% of time) :

As part of the event team and in close partnership with the bank's Communications department, oversee promotional and communication activities.

Responsibilities include :

• Event branding, webpage content, social media posts, and announcements
• Coordinating the event program and aligning topics
• Developing narratives around event topics
• Drafting and sending invitations to external stakeholders, attendees, and guest speakers
• Editing and designing posters
• Assisting with presentations and rehearsals
• Providing support for other flagship event preparations or events as needed
• Experience with marketing / promotional campaigns (e.g., communication and branding plans, creating posters / banners)
• Experience in Communications or event preparation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with diverse groups
• Excellent English skills (native speaker or C2 level preferred) and exceptional drafting abilities
• Team player
• Ability to integrate perspectives from various departments
• Ability to connect and coordinate different outreach initiatives
• Understanding of organizational structures, experience in developing processes / plans for future events (ideally beyond consulting roles)
