Senior Analog IC Design Engineer

I am recruiting for a prominent organisation specialising in radiation-hardened integrated circuits for the aviation industry, based in southern Switzerland.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing complex analog and RF / mixed-signal integrated circuits, encompassing low-frequency to V / W band circuits in Bi-CMOS and CMOS technologies.

The successful applicant should swiftly integrate into the team, grasp the project scope, and demonstrate practical electronics engineering skills, including the setup of ASIC test benches and performance measurement of integrated circuits in external laboratories.

Proficiency in Cadence tools for analog IC design, along with experience in transistor-level RF / mixed-signal IC design, is essential.

Key responsibilities will include layout design and laboratory testing of integrated circuits.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in analog and RF / mixed-signal IC design is required.
