(Junior) Digital Marketing Specialist 100% ASAP (w/m/d)

• Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns (including email, social media, paid search) to drive promotion of cloud-based products and services.
• SEO / SEM : Enhance campaign visibility through SEO optimization and SEM management, ensuring strong search engine presence.
• Content Creation & Management : Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging digital content that supports campaign objectives, such as blogs, webinars, videos, and email newsletters.
• CRM Management : Oversee customer journeys and lead nurturing while coordinating with teams for timely follow-ups.
• Performance Analytics : Leverage data insights to assess campaign effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on ROI, engagement, and lead conversion metrics.
• Partnerships : Work with cloud service providers, sales teams, and partners to create unified marketing strategies and joint initiatives.
• Budget Management : Oversee digital marketing budgets, implementing cost-efficient strategies that maximize return on investment.
• Website Management : Continuously improve and elevate the website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are advantageous
• Knowledge about SEO / SEM, PPC, and email marketing platforms
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytically skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, innovative thinker, and ability to adapt to a past-paced environment, curious and keen to learn new skills
