Venues Supervisor (Evening)

JOB DESCRIPTION

AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM

You will be assisting the Venues Manager to the short and long term planning and the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring the high level service required according to the W standards and the original Concept.

You will assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards for the Venue. You will interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience.

You will supervise the talents.

The ideal candidate for this role has experience in managing a team in a high end, lifestyle kind of environment.

You are passionate about the W brand and are eager to be part of the pre opening team of this exciting project.

You have a natural affinity to styling trends.

You remain 'in the know' at all times.

You have an eye for detail and do not accept mediocre as a standard, you always strive for perfection.

You have excellent people skills and have an upbeat, positive attitude to work and life.

You are creative and always think of new ways of doing things, you embrace change.

PROFILE

You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel

Fluent in French and English

You are highly motivated

Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.

Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
