Our client is a major corporate located in Geneva.The Finance transformation project manager will support the Finance Transformation team in the S / 4 HANA implementation program, focusing on post-go-live activities and project management tasks with a focus on end-to-end order to cash processes with the following responsibilities : Post-Go-Live SupportMonitor daily operations, anticipate, and resolve O2C (Order-to-Cash) issuesCoordinate issue resolution and change requests based on priorityPropose and implement finance process improvementsEnsure processes align with the Target Operating Model, including system authorizations and change managementProvide regular updates on stabilization progress using dashboardsCollaborate with business units to address and resolve issuesProject Management SupportIdentify stakeholders and manage communications during all project phases (build, test, training, go-live)Organize and coordinate training sessions, including material review and execution trackingDefine and validate test cases to ensure quality and error-free solutionsOversee testing processes including Functional Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests and document issuesPrepare supporting documents for governance and stakeholder communicationFinance Process Design & AlignmentDesign and align finance processesEnsure processes match real-world practices and requirementsDocumentation & ReportingMaintain project documentation (plans, dashboards, procedures) and shared liariesSupport periodic alignment and governance meetingsSupport users post-go-live with issue tracking, metrics, and system usage

6-month mission starting immediately International private company located in GenevaThe successful Finance transformation project manager we are looking for will ing the following background and experience : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in management, economics, business administration or in a related field6 to 8 years of process design and project management experience Excellent business analysis capabilities : process documentation, workflow, issue & mitigation solution conceptualizationGood understanding of accounting processesIT abilities and strong knowledge of Outlook, MSTeams, Sharepoint and Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).

Experience with Atlassian JIRA and X-RAY add-on is a strong plusFamiliarity with project management processes, methodologies, and best practicesExperience with SAP S / 4 HANA is a plusFluent in English, Italian is a plusKnowledge of process design tool is a plusSoft skills (proactivity, problem solving, communication, time management / organization, motivation, curiosity)Capability to simplify complex issues through conceptualization into document and present simple solution through several optionsThis opportunity requires a full-time on-site presence....
