Job Description

  • Act as point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders like auditors, tax advisors, lawyers, and other transactional parties including meeting and liaising with these parties on a frequent basis
  • Support senior management in the investigation and resolution of client relationship issues, ensuring timely escalation of more complex client queries and issues
  • Preparation and review of client statutory accounts (Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS)
  • Payroll accounting, including timely preparation and submission of statutory returns
  • Setting up master files for new clients
  • Managing the set-up of bank accounts
  • Preparation of payments
  • Bookkeeping
  • Timely preparation, review and submission of VAT returns
  • Timely preparation, review and submission of corporate tax returns
  • Ensure timely issuance and payment of invoices and prevent deductions and write-offs
  • Approve timesheets related to the respective clients
