For our important client, a company operating in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for an experienced :

SALES MANAGER PLANT - BASED APIs

The Ideal candidate's expertise lies in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence for herbal extracts in Europe and overseas.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Europe and overseas.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for Herbal extracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to support product development and marketing initiatives
  • Achieve sales targets and KPI's set by the company.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Desired experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 5 -10 years of experience in sales of herbal extracts (must have)
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of the market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in Europe and overseas.
  • Successfully built and managed a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational pharma companies, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and generic drug manufacturers.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and played a pivotal role in expanding market reach and brand visibility in Europe and overseas.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Language

  • English fluent
  • Any other additional European language is a plus
