Exciting opportunity to be part of the Labcorp 2025 Global Internship Program as a Communications Intern within our General Management department on our Geneva site!

Duration : 5-6 months.

Global Internship Program :

About the Team :

In General management, we coordinate all the employee-focused activities and external relationships entailing the preparation and coordination of various communication on different internal media.

Within the department of general management, the intern will support the day-to-day management of the Geneva site in the development and implementation of tasks in the fields of graphic design and internal communication.

Internship Assignment Summary :

• Design, production and layout of various communication documents
• Design and layout of regular email communications
• Presentations
• Implementation of video
• Contribution to the establishment and implementation of the communication plan resulting from the communication strategy
• In-house media update : TV Screens, White Boards
• Adapt Office templates for site-specific use : Word / PPT
• Review and improvement of communication documents to the target audience
• Participation in management committees and ad-hoc support of their communication plan
• Contribution to the evolution of the graphic charter
• Participation in the organization of events
• Other tasks and projects assigned

Education / Qualifications / Skills :

• You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party
• Training and / or experience in the field of communication is essential
• Able to work from the office in Geneva by working with Skype, Webex, Teams
• Fluency in French and a minimum of B2 level in English are required
