For one of our clients, a NGO, we are looking for a Project Administrative Assistant (M / W) for a 2 months contract (extension possible).

Your responsibilities :

  • Assist Project Managers with daily administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related documents and reports.
  • Maintain project files and records.
  • Schedule and organize meetings and taking minutes
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather information.
  • Create and update project documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and summaries.

Your profile :

  • Available immediately
  • Education in Business Administration or related field
  • 1 or 2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant to a project in a NGO
  • Fluent in English
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • No home office
