Application Engineer

Intro We are hiring several Application Engineers (M / F ), for a renowned Swiss organization in the ATM Industry. Tasks In this role, you will be involved in the evolution and maintenance of the air situation display application, a key function for our air traffic controllers.

YOUR TASK : Configure and document requirements to the application Test the application including the creation of test plans, test cases & reports Organize the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) related to changes Provide support in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks Investigate technical incidents and ensure 3rd level maintenance support in cooperation with the maintenance and engineering teams as well as with customers Provide support on Airspace maps maintenance Implementation of changes according to the requests by air traffic controllers Establish and maintain relations with internal and external stakeholders Requirements Engineering degree ETH / FH or a strong ATM (Air Traffic Management ) background, with relevant IT knowledge Strong analytical and high organizational skills Ability to quickly understand business needs and to take initiatives and decisions Sound experience in requirements engineering and testing Team spirit with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills professional experience in an agile or scaled agile environment preferrable practical knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Polarion (ALM tool) are a strong plus Experience in Air Traffic Management (ATM) or similar domain is required Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) required , French or German is an asset Benefits Location : Geneva OR Zurich (You have the choice) Starting date : ASAP or depending on your availabilities.

If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people, in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.

After getting all the different information to have a Enova-consultant collaboration, we organize a meeting and / or a technical interview with the client technical team If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that we want to propose, ideally in our office.

During this recruitment process, we communicate by phone and by mail and we can invite you to meet our teams in our office or the client's team of course.
