Intro Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field : Position : Legal Operations Manager Sector : Financial Services Start Date : December / January 2025 Duration : 4-6months Utilization : 80-100% Location : Zurich or Remote Salary : CHF 120’000-160’000 Tasks Lead and manage legal projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure alignment with business objectives, on-time delivery, and efficient resource allocation across all phases of project execution Oversee legal department budgets, manage vendor relationships, monitor external counsel costs, and optimize spending.
Develop and implement strategies to track and control legal expenditures, improving cost efficiency Evaluate, select, and implement LegalTech solutions to support the legal department’s needs.
Oversee the life-cycle management of these tools, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements and streamline workflows Develop and manage project budgets for legal initiatives.
Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets, proactively identifying potential cost overruns and efficiencies Continuously assess and refine legal department processes to increase productivity and streamline operations.
Implement best practices to enhance workflow efficiency, reporting, and collaboration within the legal team and across departments Requirements Fluency in English Resident in Switzerland Min.
