Your responsibilities

We are looking for a PhD student who will manage and conduct a large-scale international research project. The project will explore the longitudinal trajectory of prolonged grief symptoms using fine-grained experience sampling methods.

You will be responsible for assisting with project planning, recruiting participants, complex statistical data analysis and the write-up of peer-reviewed manuscripts.

Experience and interest in working with mobile apps and experience sampling methodology desirable. Interest in learning app development and programming desirable.

Your profile

  • a Master's psychology or a related discipline
  • experience with experimental research
  • excellent method knowledge and skills;
  • very good command of English, fluent in German
  • interest and experience working in mental health

In addition, it would be desirable if you had :

  • experience with publishing in international journals
  • programming skills
  • experience with mathematical / computational modeling / machine learning
  • experience using mobile apps in the research context
