Senior Salesforce Technical & Solution Architect (80-100%)

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical & Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in designing and implementing cutting-edge Salesforce solutions.

What would your role be :

• You will join a growing team of 4, currently developing & operating multiple Salesforce Orgs (SC and FSC)
• You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and propose & develop scalable Salesforce solutions
• You will serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture patterns, and integration strategies
• You will utilize your expertise in integration platforms, preferably Mulesoft Anypoint, to build and maintain scalable, reliable integrations that meet the evolving needs of our business
• Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance on DevOps methodologies and Salesforce integration strategies, to ensure our solutions are both innovative and aligned with business objectives

What are we looking for :

• Degree in Computer Science or related field of study preferred
• At least 5 years of SF Experience as well as a strong technical background outside of the Salesforce ecosystem
• You are familiar with the Salesforce data model and declarative configuration (flows, reports, flexi pages, rules etc)
• You are fluent in the relevant languages and frameworks (APEX, JavaScript, AURA, Lightning Web Components etc.) other languages are a plus (e.g. Java etc)
• You are familiar with tools like Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, SF CLI etc to manage and deploy Salesforce Metadata
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations
• You have experience and a deep understanding of application. Preferably you have worked with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Kafka, REST APIs etc
• Experience in the financial services industry and with Financial Services Cloud is an advantage
• A good command of the English and / or German language is essential
• Salesforce Certifications are a plus
