Our client is a recognizeable company in the swiss market for services.

The solutions developed will involve the implementation of new, or improved computer systems and tools

RESPONSABILITIES

Analysing and defining business processes for a new product / product range, identifying areas for improvement,

and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Working closely with various departments to understand their needs, gather and analyse

data, and develop strategic plans to support business objectives

  • Work closely with Marketing, Products & Operations and looks at how the division operates conducting research and analysing data to develop their knowledge
  • Drive the implementation of methods for the company to improve their practices and processes.
  • Help the division to be more efficient, solve existing business problems and / or better achieve their goals.
  • Instructing colleagues about the benefits of the new technology and on how to be used.
  • Work on new business projects and be responsible for the overall delivery

from A to Z (From analysis, definition of business requirements over process definition, testing and preparing training as

well as go to market activities this covers all activities)

PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Min. 5-8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Engineer, or similar role.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in sales pipeline / prospect management tools, service activation tool, CRM, customer care tools, field team management tool
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Experience with business process modelling and improvement techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Simultaneously
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA of BCS, CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in English and French
