Admin Assistant - Investment Solutions

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented intern to support our pension fund project. You will be responsible for researching the pension fund market in Switzerland, finding details of the pension funds, such as AUM, investment objective, allocation breakdown, current service providers, etc.

Main responsibilities

• Work from mid-August ideally
• Play an integral role in the research process and liaise with the team.
• Identify research sources and conduct desktop research.
• Collect and analyse data. Develop and maintain the database.
• Discuss and present research findings to the team. Assist with the use of the research results.

Skills and experience

• Minimum Bachelor level in Finance
• Skills in data collection, recording and analysis are strongly preferred.
• Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to work in a team and on a self-directed basis.
• Proven research experience is preferred.
• German and English is a must, French language skills is a plus.
