We are looking for a proactive and energetic Retail Support Intern to join our team in Geneva. The successful candidate will support the whole Boutique and its departments on an administrative level with a focus on stock, customer service enquiries, packaging, and special projects.

This role will be supporting the back of house as well as the front of house depending upon the store needs.

Responsibilities :

• As a retail service support you will be a strong support for the team as a whole and gain skills in the retail area of a high-class luxury brand
• You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and help the team on the floor with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment.
• You use your excellent organizational skills to support the team in the operational aspects of the department
• You are responsible for offering best in class service - like serving drinks to the clients, tidying up the kitchen, washing the glasses
• You prepare and audit various data outputs : stock movements, transactions, procedure-based activity analysis.
• You are able to assist in transfers and reservations
• You can support the manager with daily administration tasks
• The managers can ask you support with Click & Collect, D-Signature and E-Reservations
• You support the team with stock inquiries
• You are in charge of the restock of packaging
