Your responsibilities :

  • Lead the coordination of the local payroll team, which consists of 4 members.
  • Oversee the payroll and personnel administration for around 900 employees at the Biel site and its subsidiaries in Langnau and Geneva.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding social security, withholding taxes, pension funds, time tracking, and other related queries.
  • Handle payroll-related and insurance tasks while ensuring compliance with social security partners and authorities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, manage employee changes, and perform year-end procedures, with full responsibility for time management.
  • Contribute to various projects, including optimizing payroll processes and systems, analyzing HR metrics, and preparing statistics and reports.

Your profile :

  • A background in HR management, payroll, or social security is essential.
  • Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong Excel skills and technical expertise in SAP HCM applications.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written German, with very good English skills; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach, known for being proactive and precise in your work style.
