Senior Payroll Specialist

Your responsibilities :
- Lead the coordination of the local payroll team, which consists of 4 members.
- Oversee the payroll and personnel administration for around 900 employees at the Biel site and its subsidiaries in Langnau and Geneva.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding social security, withholding taxes, pension funds, time tracking, and other related queries.
- Handle payroll-related and insurance tasks while ensuring compliance with social security partners and authorities.
- Maintain and update employee records, manage employee changes, and perform year-end procedures, with full responsibility for time management.
- Contribute to various projects, including optimizing payroll processes and systems, analyzing HR metrics, and preparing statistics and reports.
Your profile :
- A background in HR management, payroll, or social security is essential.
- Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong Excel skills and technical expertise in SAP HCM applications.
- Fluent in both spoken and written German, with very good English skills; knowledge of French is a plus.
- A service-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach, known for being proactive and precise in your work style.
