What you can expect from us :
- You will be responsible for the technical support of DMS / ECM and ERP systems
- You advise and support our customers as part of the digitization offensive and implement their requirements in projects tailored to their needs.
- You implement upgrades / updates within our change management.
- You support the optimization and further development of system operation
What you bring with you :
- You have completed training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) in system integration or have a comparable qualification with professional experience.
- You have experience in the field of DMS / ECM and ERP systems
- You have knowledge in the administration of Windows or Linux servers.
- You work in a solution-oriented, responsible manner and always keep an eye on customer requirements.
- You are a team player (f / m / d), have strong communication skills and are characterized by a high level of commitment.
