QA Manager Operations / Quality Assurance (m/f/d) 100%

For our client, a leading global player in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a motivated QA Operations Manager to join their team.

This is a temporary position via nemensis ag at 100%, starting on 11 / 11 / 2024 and lasting until 10 / 10 / 2026. If you are passionate about quality assurance and have a strong background in GMP compliance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities :

• Manage complex projects to support the TRD development portfolio, drug production, and life cycle management according to agreed objectives, timelines, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines within the TRD organization.
• Support a discipline or provide services within a team, potentially acting as a contact for business partners and other QA units.
• Draft, review, and approve GMP-relevant documents to ensure adherence to internal quality standards.
• Conduct project-related activities, such as portfolio and process management, as well as quality risk assessments.
• Support project management functions as a project team member.
• Provide quality oversight and support to TRD departments on GMP-related matters.
• Comply with internal and external guidelines regarding quality and safety (e.g., Quality Manual, cGMP guidelines, SOPs).

Requirements :

• Master's degree, preferably with at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality.
• Fluency in German and English for one role; fluency in English, with German as a plus, for the second role.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP, with experience in technical development, production, and quality assurance.
• Strong scientific, technical, and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and evaluate cGMP compliance.
