Technology Support and Maintenance :
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and support technology and office systems.
- Collaborate with support peers to enhance knowledge of supported technologies and business cycles.
- Update the knowledge base and ensure accurate information is available.
- Monitor the support queue, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly.
- Document actions and solutions in the incident management system.
- Communicate with clients on incident and request statuses.
- Adhere to Service Management best practices.
Technology Acquisition and Implementation :
- Ensure technology meets local business needs and participate in acquisition and implementation.
- Develop knowledge of business cycles and technical requirements.
- Pursue relevant training opportunities.
- Perform asset management and lifecycle processes, ensuring timely delivery and installation of hardware and software.
- Set client expectations for new hardware and software implementation.
- Partner with Lifecycle Management, Service Operations, and Engineering teams.
Project Participation :
- Participate in projects involving new technology evaluation and integration.
- Complete project tasks and execute test plans as assigned.
- Communicate project status and new technology information to clients.
- 5 years of experience minimum as an IT Supporter
- IT educational background
- Familiar with the Microsoft environment, O365, ServiceNow, AD, Windows 11...etc.
- Familiar with CISCO network
- Proactive mindset, willing to be involved within a variety of projects and share insights
- Flawless English (C1 level minimum required) - French is optional
