Technology Support and Maintenance :

  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and support technology and office systems.
  • Collaborate with support peers to enhance knowledge of supported technologies and business cycles.
  • Update the knowledge base and ensure accurate information is available.
  • Monitor the support queue, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Document actions and solutions in the incident management system.
  • Communicate with clients on incident and request statuses.
  • Adhere to Service Management best practices.

Technology Acquisition and Implementation :

  • Ensure technology meets local business needs and participate in acquisition and implementation.
  • Develop knowledge of business cycles and technical requirements.
  • Pursue relevant training opportunities.
  • Perform asset management and lifecycle processes, ensuring timely delivery and installation of hardware and software.
  • Set client expectations for new hardware and software implementation.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Management, Service Operations, and Engineering teams.

Project Participation :

  • Participate in projects involving new technology evaluation and integration.
  • Complete project tasks and execute test plans as assigned.
  • Communicate project status and new technology information to clients.
  • 5 years of experience minimum as an IT Supporter
  • IT educational background
  • Familiar with the Microsoft environment, O365, ServiceNow, AD, Windows 11...etc.
  • Familiar with CISCO network
  • Proactive mindset, willing to be involved within a variety of projects and share insights
  • Flawless English (C1 level minimum required) - French is optional
