Full time nanny for 3 children near Basel, Switzerland #41538

Job Description

On behalf of our Swiss partner, we are looking for a German or English speaking, full time nanny for this lovely and active family of 5.

This is a German family living in a residential area of Baselland (close to Basel city).

Both parents work 100% in the medical science field. Our agency placed a nanny with

this family in 2018 and she stayed 4 years with them!! Then they placed two other

nannies and it also worked very well. The 3 boys are in primary school every morning

and some afternoons. They also sometimes attend afterschool programs.

The children are easy going, well behaved but 3 boys are certainly an active family.

On Saturday, they would like to allocate 6 to 8 hours but the timing may vary. They

would like the nanny to help with tasks such as : kids laundry, grocery shopping for

fresh items, cooking for kids, tidy up kitchen and kids stuff. You will also be responsible for your own bedroom and bathroom.

This family needs a reliable and capable nanny who is interested and skilled to work

with children. You should be self-confident, active, energetic. They want someone

who likes to spend time outdoors with children and do fun activities with them.

They are looking for a person who communicates well. The parent like to know what

happens with the children and the nanny should be capable of discussing any issue

she judges important with the parents. The right nanny will be consequent with

children and have them respect rules in a positive way.

They don’t have a car, so you don’t need to drive.

Requirements

Previous experience, good references for recent and relevant nanny work

Up to date Enhanced Police check

Recent Paediatric First Aid certificate

Right to work in Switzerland, valid EU / Swiss passport

Able to engage children and keep them fit

Be available long term

Excellent German or English

Able to cook
