Nanny

Nous sommes à la recherche d'une "nanny" (précéptrice, tutrice, éducatrice) pour s'occuper d'une jeune fille de 16 ans.
Comme probablement beaucoup de jeunes de son âge, elle traverse en ce moment une période difficile. Elle est en décrochage scolaire et accro aux réseaux sociaux.
Nous cherchons une personne qui puisse habiter dans la maison de la famille et s'occuper de cette jeune fille à plein temps, l'éduquer en lui apportant à la foi soutien et règles.
Un suivi psychologique sera également mis en place en parallèle. L'une des tâches sera notamment de s'assurer que la jeune fille se rende à ses rendez-vous.
Il faudra aussi s'occuper du respect des règles, heure de coucher etc. . .
Nous cherchons une personne habituée à travailler avec des adolescents avec une expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire.
Comme énoncé, la personne pourra être logée sur place, dans un appartement attenant à la maison principale, où logera également la jeune fille.
Ne sachant pas combien de temps durera la mission, deux types de contrats pourront être envisagés : contrat à durée déterminée avec possibilité de renouvellement ou contrat de prestataire externe avec une personne qui aurait la possibilité de facturer la prestation.

We are looking for a nanny to look after a 16-year-old girl.
Like probably many young people her age, she's going through a difficult period at the moment. She has dropped out of school and is addicted to social medias.
We're looking for someone who can live in the family home and look after this young girl full-time, educating her and giving her both support and rules.
Psychological support will also be provided. One of the tasks will be to ensure that the girl keeps her appointments.
You'll also have to make sure that rules are respected, bedtimes etc. . .
We are looking for someone used to working with teenagers, with proven experience in a similar position.
As stated, the person can be accommodated on site, in an apartment adjoining the main house, where the girl will also be staying.
As we don't know how long the assignment will last, two types of contract could be envisaged : a fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal, or an external service provider contract with a person who would be able to invoice the service.
