Customer Experience Manager.
Your main tasks
- Collaborating with global and cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, software developers and the customer service team, to align customer experience efforts with business goals and objectives
- Training staff on customer-centric approaches, best practices and customer service technology throughout the global organizations
- Supporting and further development of Customer Experience processes and technology already implemented (lifecycle management)
- Evaluating, discussing and documenting of global processes and requirements
- Monitoring and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and customer service performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Participation in global Customer Experience projects, including responsibility for subprojects
Your profile
- Higher education in Business and / or Computer Science
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- At least 4 years of experience (ideally within a global customer experience team, working with CX technologies like CRM software or contact center solutions)
- Strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and processes
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and creative approach to problem solving
- Resilient, flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams across both technical and commercial disciplines
- Strong communication and influencing skills
