We are looking for an area manager at 100% starting 1st of July 2024
Your mission will be
- To be the motivator, coach and leader of your team made up of all Sephora stores / corners in German-speaking Switzerland
- To take the progress of the last five years to the next level and further drive our expansion as an omni-channel retailer in Switzerland
- To develop measures to increase sales and earnings, taking into account all relevant key figures, in a rapidly changing environment
- To ensure an optimal customer experience and flawless retail processes for your region
Experience and skills
- You have several years of professional experience in retail, including at least 2 - 3 years as an Area Manager
- You are an infectious and communicative leader and have very good industry knowledge
- You enjoy traveling and analysis, have a strong hands-on mentality and have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
- You are fluent in French (English is an asset)
