The Role :
- Acting as a sub-project manager in technical procurement for investment projects at the production site, in close collaboration with engineering and production
- Responsible in executing and managing purchasing for Direct materials, CAPEX and MRO
- Coordinating and leading communication with internal stakeholders, technical planners, and suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring continuous performance improvement
- Source general and technical components according to the specifications of requirements received from stakeholders
- Leading the cost unit optimisation and presents progress in monthly business review
Skills and Experience Required :
- Good negotiation, organisation skills
- Great interest on technical products and high technology
- Good leader and influencer
- Integral, engaging personality with healthy assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, and initiative and responsibility
- Negotiation skills in German and good English language skills (written / spoken)
- Flexible, open-minded, and curious, with a high willingness to perform and enjoyment in finding and implementing solutions
- Proficient in ERP and MS Office applications in a professional environment
