Do you want to be our pop-up CHEF for the summer bar? We need YOU in BERN!

Introduction

For our pop-up summer project "Bar im Museumspark", we are looking for a chef to support and develop our Greek dishes.

You will help to develop the menu, implement the recipes, help with the production, provide the mise-en-place work and take care of the ordering system in cooperation with the manager.

All hours are paid individually. If it's sunny for a day, we work through it, because the rainy days come soon after, which means time off work.

Deine Arbeitszeiten :

• Work during the week is only in the evening, unless you are currently producing (you can decide for yourself)
• Mon - Fri from approx. 15.30 to 22.30
• Sat from approx. 11.00 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.
• Sun from approx. 11.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.
• At the weekend we will probably work with room hours so that you can cool off briefly in the Aare.
