A well-respected Swiss Insurance company are seeking a Team Lead Software Engineering (.NET) to join their company to lead and coach a software engineering team with 5-9 employees.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead or for an experienced Software Engineer or Architect who has led projects in the past to take that next step into a challenging position with a world-renowned Swiss Organisation.

About the Team Lead Software Engineering (.NET) Vacancy :

• Leading and coaching a software engineering team with 5-9 employees
• Close collaboration in a well-coordinated, dynamic management team
• Active participation in the further development and optimization of their department
• Co-design and participation in the product development of their customer portal
• Work closely with stakeholders and other teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices in software development
• Planning employee development within your team

Ideal Requirements for the Team Lead Software Engineering (.NET) Vacancy :

• Several years worth of experience in Back-End Development with .NET
• Strong team player and leadership skills and experience in managing employees
• Strong communication skills, ability to solve problems and conflicts experience in all phases of product development from conception, and definition to production
• Sound knowledge of software development, cloud technologies (Azure) and agile methods
• Initial experience in using Large Language Model (LLM) APIs (Azure OpenAI Service)
• Higher specialized training in the field of computer science (ETH / UNI / FH)
• Experience in React / Front-End Development is nice to have
• Fluent German and English skills
