Our Client is a reputable Multi-Billion Swiss Asset Manager with a diverse activity and product offering. Over the last few years they have developed a successful Alternative Investment offering and in order to grow the team and activity they are seeking to hire a business developer.
The ideal candidate is a generalist in Private markets (private equity, private debt, real estate) and will be based in Geneva or Zurich to cover the Swiss and International market.
Responsibilities
- Presenting the offering to originate business with new and existing clients.
- Target of suitable investors for various existing and new products.
- Work with senior executives to develop and execute a business plan throughout the target market.
- Develop a strong understanding of the firm's product set and strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities in the target markets
- Proactive client coverage across the target markets with a good events / meetings
- Develop strong client relationships.
- Availability for traveling if needed.
Requirements
- Around 5 years in a similar sales role for a mid-size or large-size firm.
- Strong understanding / interest in private markets.
- Proven network & relationships.
- Self-starter and highly organized.
- Excellent work ethic, team player.
