To expand our company we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Field Support Engineer (M / W / D) for our LIFECYCLE IQ Services department.

Your main tasks :

• Technical field service for Rockwell Automation as well as 3rd party products
• Support for individual customer requirements
• Implementation of new software solutions to increase plant productivity
• Supporting presales tasks and consulting, preparing technical proposals and preparing and / or presenting technical solutions to customers
• Sharing knowledge with our customers through customer trainings
• Build and maintain good customer relationships during and after service calls
• Continuous promotion of all Rockwell Automation Lifecycle Service services and products
• Traveling worldwide with a focus on the DACH region to support our customers on site

Your profile :

• Degree in automation technology, information technology, electrical engineering or similar
• Experience in a similar position and with programming, commissioning and design of automation products and IT systems
• Experience with Rockwell Automation software and our products is an advantage
• Experience with networking, Microsoft Domin and server applications in a production environment is a plus
• Microsoft or Cisco (CCNA) certificates are an advantage
• Enjoys developing and implementing new technologies
• Affinity for production processes with initial experience of the industrial automation product range and applications in conjunction with software solutions and IT systems is desirable
• Experience with Rockwell Automation software and our products is an advantage
• Very good analytical skills and an independent and proactive way of working
• Good communication skills and team oriented
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German, any other language is an advantage
