Health Data Engineer
Beschreibung
We are looking for an experienced Health Data Engineer for our client's team, specializing in the development and maintenance of innovative data infrastructures in the biomedical field.
The goal is to create advanced solutions that advance biomedicine and healthcare.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implementation of data infrastructures to support biomedical research
- Support and training of researchers in using and optimizing the infrastructure
- Implementation and oversight of data management and governance policies, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Management of user access and data flows in biomedical projects
Profile :
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field
- Practical experience with biomedical data and a good understanding of data models
- Strong programming experience with Go and Python
- Experience in frontend development and knowledge of modern cloud technologies (e.g., Docker)
- Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented working style
