Our client develops chemical-free drugs and supplements in selected therapeutic are a pure-play, chemical-free OTC consumer healthpany with leading brands for natural, systemic drugs in the market for Diabetes, Obesity, Osteoarthritis, back pain and neuralgic and nociceptive pain.
With their products thepany primarily targets the out-of-the-pocket pharmaceutical market, especially elderly customers with chronic conditions who prefer chemical-free drugs to reduce the risk of side-effects.
Thepany creates strong brands and uses a unique data driven D2C marketing strategy which supports their premium price strategy.
They are a leading German player in the market and have been awarded as number onepany in its categories. Our client is currently seeking a CFO to join them on their exciting journey.

The role is based in Switzerland and allows for a flexible home office arrangement. What the job involves
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and board of directors, contributing to the overall direction and growth of thepany
- Lead the business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including cash flow management
- Ensure robust risk management andernance frameworks are in place
- Manage relationships with financial stakeholders, including banks, ensuring optimal financing solutions and terms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing them with accurate and timely information about thepany's financial performance and strategic direction
- Oversee and execute transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, to support thepany's growth strategy
- Lead contract management and negotiations, ensuring favourable terms andpliance withpany policies
- Supervise the HR, IT, and logistics departments, as well as corporate legal functions, ensuring efficient operations across these areas
- Plan and establish a central procurement function to streamline purchasing and cost management
- Manage board-related activities and ensurepliance with all regulatory requirements
- Craft and articulate thepany's equity story and develop an exit strategy to maximize shareholder value
Who we are looking for
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field with excellent grades
- Several years of experience as a CFO in mid-sizedpanies, with a proven track record of delivering significantmercial results and driving change
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and performance driven work environment
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is wee
- Experience within a PE portfoliopany is appreciated, as well as a successful track record of M&A transactions and post-merger integrations (including exit experience)
- Excellentmunication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective relationships with all key parties
- A good blend of operational mindset and strategic thinking
- Strong digital affinity, leveraging technology for business improvement
- Outstanding analytical, strategic, and decision-making capabilities, driving informed and effective business decisions
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, essential for financial analysis and presentations
- Fluency in both German and English
