The purpose of the position is to acquire and provide subject matter expertise for the products of the portfolio, help to increase the technical knowledge of these product in our Services and Support teams, collaborate and support the Product Managers in the life cycle of our products, and help validate technically new releases of the products before they get to market.

Major Areas of Responsibility :

• Acquire and Maintain Expert Knowledge :
• Become an expert in the MaterialMovement - Safety line of products, specifically focusing on Collision Avoidance and Radar.
• Continuously update and deepen your understanding of these products.
• Upskill Regional Services and Support Resources :
• Collaborate with regional Services and Support (S&S) teams.
• Assist them in the deployment, support, and usage of Safety products.
• Share your expertise to enhance their capabilities.
• Technical Validation and Documentation :
• Work closely with Product Managers and Product Development.
• Participate in the technical validation of new product releases.
• Organize and execute test plans, both internally and in the field.
• Update and maintain technical documentation for the product.
• Provide the applicability and usability feedback to PD and PM before product release.
• Testing and Quality Assurance :
• Conduct internal testing, field trials, and User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
• Ensure the quality and reliability of Safety products.
• Design and create content for demonstrations.
• Tier 2 Support :
• Provide second-level support to regional S&S teams.
• Address and resolve issues reported for Safety products.
• Technical Sales Collaboration :
• Assist in technical sales efforts.
• Offer expertise on the scope and usage of Safety products.
• Documentation and Training :
• Design and create product documentation.
• Develop and deliver training material for global teams, covering product content, certification, and updates.
• Advanced Support :
• Provide 4th level support to both regional and global teams.
• Handle critical escalations, complex use configurations, and Requests for Enhancements (RFEs).Knowledge and Experience - Required :
• Bachelor or Computer, Electrical, Mining or relevant Engineering Discipline
• Field Work or Relevant experience required.
• SQL And Database Knowledge and Skills highly desirable
• Some Linux experience and knowledge
• Ability to support applications, reports and processes
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Self-managed, able to work in fast-paced and changing environments with a hands-on attitudeKnowledge and Experience - Desired :
• Spanish or other languages beneficial
• Experience in Mining highly desirable.Travel :
