System & Process Specialist
System & Process Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector .
Your tasks :
- Providing technical support for day-to-day distribution and logistics operations
- Participating in global projects to enhance supply chain management performance
- Driving optimization of distribution processes, focusing on lead time and inventory
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in system configuration
- Acting as main contact for IT partners, managing access and role management
- Fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the distribution organization
Your experience / knowledge :
- 5+ years operational experience in supply chain or distribution, including ERP system expertise
- Strong proficiency in SAP supply chain module
- Experience with IRT systems Interactive Response Technology and Middleware solutions such as TIBCO
- Good understanding of clinical supply chain processes and industry best practices
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and LEAN / OE principles
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or supply chain field, or relevant experience
