For the next possible date we are looking for a :
Reservation & Ticketing Agent (m / f / d)
for our office in Zurich
Your tasks :
- You are responsible for ticketing and processing reservations in the corresponding systems (CRS)
- You sell our customers' products on the phone and advise customers on products and destinations You are responsible for the monthly billing of ticket sales
- You are responsible for the monthly billing of ticket sales
- You process incoming private customer enquiries independently
- You are also responsible for the administration of groups and tour operator quotas
- You look after tour operators, brokers, travel agencies and corporate customers
Your qualifications :
- You have completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have already gained practical experience with an airline, a travel agency or a tour operator.
- Your English and German language skills are business fluent, other languages are an advantage
- High level of customer orientation
- Commitment, enthusiasm, ability to work in a team, flexibility, goal-oriented action
