We are looking for a dynamic SMB Solutions Key Account Manager, that will play a vital role in our business growth in Bucharest, Romania.

Ensure the relationship management with top players on the market.

Purpose of the position :

  • Drive revenue and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling ICT products and services.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively articulate technical details aligned with client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personable and responsive interactions.
  • Adopt a consultative and solution-oriented approach in addressing clients' unique challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
  • Expand market presence by identifying and entering new markets and securing strategic partnerships.
  • Provide valuable feedback on client preferences, market trends, and competitive intelligence for continuous improvement.

Your profile :

  • 5+ years of experience in sales role with a proven track record of consistently surpassing personal quotas.
  • Collaborative team player, adept at fostering synergy within sales teams for collective success.
  • Sharp critical thinker with advanced problem-solving skills, enabling adept navigation of complex sales scenarios.
  • Possesses robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, vital for building and maintaining lasting client relationships.
  • Passion and expertise in technology
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with an intrinsic commitment to achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Brings a valuable advantage with SAP SD knowledge, adding an extra layer of expertise to sales endeavors.

Main tasks :

  • Elevating sales for key players through strategic management and innovative approaches.
  • Employing diverse sales methods to engage customers effectively.
  • Crafting and refining sales strategies for optimal performance.
  • Achieving a high closure rate for new deals with a savvy sales approach.
  • Strengthening relationships with existing customers and cultivating fresh leads.
  • Travelling for regular customer visits and enhanced presence.
  • Efficiently managing multiple accounts for seamless operations.
  • Maintaining organized records of sales leads and customer accounts.
  • Serving as a dynamic brand representative during customer interactions.
  • Communicating the financial and professional benefits of products / services to customers.
  • Monitoring industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
  • Actively participating in meetings, sales events, and training sessions.
  • Providing concise reports and feedback to management based on statistical data.
