Position
To support its future projects TAG Heuer is looking for its Commercial Team in Switzerland :
Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer (M / F)
Responsabilities :
- Managing the agendas of the CCO and you will ensure the annual planning of the activities and the follow-up of the good progress on a daily basis
- Organizing committees and phone or face to face meetings : establishment of participants list, room booking, gathering of agendas and documents, ordering of meal trays etc.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation including visa requests
- Acting as a first point of contact : dealing with correspondence and phone calls for the commercial departement
- Welcoming external and internal visitors
- Budgetary controlling of all invoicing items within the scope, control of invoices and expense reports (Concur and SAP)
- Supporting the events department to organize events and conferences
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Working closely with the commercial department to support on events & projects such as : Watches &Wonders, World Summit, Commercial Kick-off etc.
Profile
- You are experienced in administrative / executive assistance with good attention to detail and priority setting in a changing and dynamic environment
- You are native or fluent in English, French and any additional language is a plus
- You have a perfect command of Outlook and Office
- You are at ease with the collaborative tools TEAMS
- You are recognized for your efficiency, your capacity to organize and anticipate, your reactivity and your discretion / respect for confidentiality
As a key interface of the Company for internal and external stakeholders, you have developed key competencies in communication, and you are recognized for your ability to be proactive, positive minded and a source of solutions in any occasion.
