In this context, we are looking for aSenior Private Assets Distribution Specialist.The successful candidate will focus on planning, building, actively developing and coordinating the distribution of private assets to private clients.

The role will be part of the Investment Solutions department.With over 200 professionals, our Investment Solutions department within Lombard Odier Private Clients is responsible for providing sophisticated and customised investment strategies to our private clients.

In his / her role, the candidate will report to the Head of Private Assets, within Investment Solutions.MissionDrive the effective distribution of private assets across the private banking business.

Participate alongside private bankers and investment portfolio managers in client meetings. Interact with clients and act as the asset class specialist in close collaboration with the LOIM Private Equity team.

Ensure adequate representation of private assets within IS investment views, strategy, asset allocation grids and mandate profiles.

Train private bankers, investment specialists, portfolio managers about the nature of private assetsContribute to create effective and impactful marketing materials.

  • Project management : design distribution roadmaps, identify required legal structures, regulatory distribution requirements and constraints, understand tax implications, define operational processes, and set procedures for successful deliveryEnsure the review of risks, issues and dependencies that could impact deliveryDesired ProfileMore than 8 years of relevant work experience in a private equity sales and / or project management roleUnderstanding of private banking products, technology and financial instrumentsA proven self-starter;
  • ability to operate independently and lead large projects with limited oversightAble to prioritise in a fast-moving, high-pressure environmentHigh degree of business and commercial awareness, strong sales skillsDetail oriented;
  • demonstrates initiative, thoroughness and strong ownership of workProven structured approach to delivery : chairing meetings with a clear agenda, inputs and documented outputsGood team player with a strong willingness to contribute to common efforts and help othersFluent in English and French;
