We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join an international organization as an Administrative Assistant.

Mission

  • Coordinate crisis management procedures
  • Monitor incoming staff communications and liaise with all second level response areas to resolve evolving issues
  • Provide support for document and database management and the preparation of necessary reports
  • Support the Senior Advisor with travel planning, event planning and management, procurement and recruitment.
  • Support the Executive Assistant in the event of a particularly heavy workload or as a back-up during periods of leave
  • Perform other related duties as required

Profile

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications and the Internet
  • A dvanced knowledge of Excel and a capacity to present data advanced knowledge of Excel and a capacity to present data
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment
