Tasks

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the retail apparel and fashion industry.

Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling company products and services to customers.

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in product selection, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints.

Stay updated on the latest trends, styles, and fashion industry developments to effectively advise customers and provide them with relevant information.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail sales, preferably in the apparel and fashion industry, bags and shoes
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and ability to provide exceptional service to clients
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative
