A prominent, family-owned retail player, headquartered in Zug.Lead and manage the financial strategy for the service subsidiary, ensuring alignment with the holding company's overall financial goals.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with Swiss GAAP FER, OR and IFRS.
Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate financial performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax, audit, and legal obligations in Switzerland.
Supervise and manage the finance team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial strategy, cost management, and efficiency improvements.
Work closely with the group CFO and other heads of departments to support the company's oader strategic goals.Lead initiatives to improve financial systems, processes, and reporting accuracy.
