Job Requirements
We are seeking an ambitious and sports-passionate HR Admin & Payroll Specialist to join our People & Infrastructure-Team as soon as possible, on an 80-100% workload.
For this role, we are looking for an engaged and motivated person who likes to be responsible for administrative tasks in various HR-processes and supporting in payroll activities.

Your main tasks
- Responsibility for HR-administration and data management along the entire people business operations
- Responsibility of payroll processes in Switzerland (Abacus)
- Actively contribute to different employee services and HR-projects
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance process of the new HR-system
- Ensure accuracy of all HR-regulations, policies, processes and procedures
- Building a good relationship with different stakeholders
- Supporting the People-Team in administrative ad-hoc tasks
- Collaborate with a global team of committed and enthusiastic people professionals and work with inspiring leaders in the exciting sports industry
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and a further education, preferably in Human Resources, Payroll or similar
- You have at least 3-5 years professional experience and proven track record in a similar position
- You provide knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system
- You have great organizational skills, an analytical way of thinking, attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills with high level of discretion and integrity
- You are motivated, open-minded, highly service- and process-oriented
- You provide very good knowledge of MS-Office programmes, advantageous experience with a payroll system, preferably Abacus
- You are fluent in German and English; any other languages are always welcome
