Intern Human Resources

During your varied and interesting internship, your main role will be to assist your assigned HR Business Partner and their team with general operational tasks in the Retail / Outlet function.

You will support our employees throughout their entire life cycle in the company. You will be actively involved in the administrative process from the receipt of applications to drafting contracts and supporting colleagues during their first few weeks with the company, and finally through to the end of the employment relationship and the preparation of references.

Furthermore, you can look forward to undertaking exciting personnel-related tasks for our stores and outlets in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Poland and the Netherlands as well as the opportunity to play an active role in shaping HR processes in an expanding company.

Required experience and skills :

• A degree in the field of business administration or comparable training / apprenticeship
• Interest in issues and challenges relating to modern human resources management
• Excellent customer focus and a positive attitude
• Able to grasp ideas quickly and demonstrate an extremely precise and independent working style
• Plenty of tenacity and a flair for administration tasks in an international environment
• A strong talent for communication and highly developed people skills
• A good level of proficiency in the standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
