Project Manager-Construction
Job Description
My client, a leading Swiss Company from the Construction Industry, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
Building envelope facades roofing locksmiths
What You'll Do :
- You are responsible for managing large-scale construction projects.
- You carry out all the technical and administrative procedures linked to your various projects.
- You develop construction details, manufacturing plans as well as assembly plans.
- You are responsible for monitoring projects completely until assembly by field teams.
- You carry out site handovers as well as final invoicing.
- You play a key role as advisor to agents.
Requirements
- You have successful experience in the construction of facades, roofing or locksmithing.
- You have validated and confirmed experience in project management : monitoring of working times, responses to calls for tenders, purchase orders and invoicing.
- You have excellent knowledge of MS-Office.
- You are capable of taking charge of large-scale projects thanks to your reliability, your autonomy and your organization.
- Fluent in French language.

Requirements
You have successful experience in the construction of facades, roofing or locksmithing. You have validated and confirmed experience in project management : monitoring of working times, responses to calls for tenders, purchase orders and invoicing.
You have excellent knowledge of MS-Office. You are capable of taking charge of large-scale projects thanks to your reliability, your autonomy and your organization. Fluent in French language.
