Deine Verantwortung
- Du verwaltest das Backlog und entwickelst eine Strategie zur Unterstützung der Kundenziele
- Du kollaborierst mit Kunden und Entwicklungsteams, planst und optimierst Prozesse und betreust das Team in Selbstorganisation und Cross-Funktionalität
- Du identifizierst Probleme, analysierst den Ist-Zustand und erarbeitest geschäftliche sowie technische Anforderungen
Deine Skills
- Du hast ein HF / FH-Studium, 5 Jahre IT-Erfahrung und du besitzt eine Hermes-Zertifizierung wie auch Kenntnisse in Business Analyse
- Du planst und moderierst Workshops mit Stakeholdern. Zusätzlich kennst Du Prozess-Engineering, Automatisierung und eventuell Data Analytics
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
