1. *Account Management : *
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer.
- Understand customers’ business strategies, challenges, and goals to align solutions accordingly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Moderate customer relationship management meeting.
2. *Sales *
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
- Present and promote network products and solutions to customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
3. *Customer Engagement : *
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to review their needs and provide updates on client' solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., solution department, supply chain, etc.) to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Organize and participate in industry events, workshops, and seminars.
4. *Market and Competitive Analysis : *
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams
5. *Reporting and Documentation : *
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status
- Prepare regular reports on account status
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-centric spirit with the ability to align with internal processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within tech sector
- Solid understanding of network technologies and solutions.
- Proficiency in English and French
- Preferred Qualifications : *
- Experience working with major carrier customers in the region.
- Knowledge of network products and solutions.
- Technical background or understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.
