To support the implementation of our Private Banking proposition, FNZ is looking for a PMO.

What you'll do :

Operational Lead of the BPO scoping studies and Due Diligence vs ex New Access clients and new prospects :

Participation to workshops with clients (understanding of the client needs, getting experts to agree on the Op model client and FNZ, formalization of main documents, discussions with clients, , etc.)

Collecting the data inputs (e.g. people, costs, etc.) to build the business cases both for the client and for FNZ

Interactions with clients and prospects

Participation to commercial offering preparation and commercial negotiations

Leading EU-DAC and Due Diligence approval processes

Business cases and requested documentation

Co-presentation to stakeholders

Project Management of targeted strategic and operational initiatives, supporting the BPO set up

Specific projects such as :

BPO Operating model

Reporting of progress / keeping internal dashboard of our progresses

Other activities with internal functions (e.g. Finance)

What we are looking for :

A high motivated junior professional or graduate, preferably IT literate, in particular with a knowledge of JIRA and a strong experience with Microsoft Office

Capacity to organize and follow-up on complex projects.

Excellent presentation skills to produce the support material for regular reviews and monitoring, as well as for internal communication purposes with the stakeholders.

Teamplayer, very well organized and structured.

Fluent English and either French, German or Italian are required
