Your mission
- Leadership & Tactics : Lead and develop the Omnichannel Engagement Team, driving the integration and execution of established Classic Media, Trade Marketing, and Social Media tactics and best-practices.
- Omnichannel Coordination : Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels, optimizing the synergy between Stores and eCommerce channels, Classic Media, Social Media, and Trade Marketing efforts.
- Commercial & P&L Management : Oversee the financial performance of omnichannel campaigns, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, profitability, and P&L accountability.
- Media Expertise : Leverage deep knowledge of Classic and Social Media to guide best-practice decisions, ensuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving customer engagement and business growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Brand, Creative and Marketing, as well as CRM, eCom, Store teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Track the performance of omnichannel initiatives, focusing on key KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, customer engagement, and media reach.
Implement continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Program Transformation : Drive the holistic analysis of current omnichannel engagement tactics and operations, identifying opportunities for modernization and implementing improvements to enhance the program's appeal and functionality.
- Customer Acquisition & Engagement : Oversee efforts to attract new customers and increase their lifetime value through innovative omnichannel marketing practices.
Your profile
- Five years of relevant professional experience in the field of B2C eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CRM or a comparable professional field
- Leadership and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and results-oriented, and willingness to work hard
- Degree in business administration or economics with a focus on Commerce, Marketing, CRM or a comparable qualification
- Two eyes for detail and a strong sense for engaging brand and product visuals
- Analytical thinking and expertise with relevant Media and Marketing tools
- Fluent in German and English
