Head of Relationship Management (EMEA), Private Banking - Zurich
A prominent and well-respected Swiss bank is looking to hire a German and English-speaking Head of Relationship Management for the EMEA region.
The Bank has a wide range of products including traditional banking and digital products and prides itself on its excellent customer service and unique standing in the market.
The bank is well established with a strong and loyal client-base, and is now in a period of growth and is looking to hire an experienced Private Banking professional to lead the RM team.
In this position you will lead, motivate, and mentor the RM team to execute the business plan that you will create alongside the senior leadership team.
You will ensure all processes are as efficient as possible, both compliance and commercial, and overall you will use your deep knowledge of the banking / wealth management sector to identify new opportunities on the market.
To be considered for this position you will have 10+ years of experience in a senior business development position, ideally within a FINMA regulated industry, and have a strong and demonstratable track record of successful commercial growth.
You will ideally have a strong knowledge and interest in the digital asset space alongside expertise in traditional finance, and have excellent communication skills in both English and German.
