Lombard Odier group operates its own banking technology platform which is used by the Group but also by other private banks and financial institutions through a BPO business model.
The Technology & Operations (T&O) division oversees the development and maintenance of the platform through the delivery of applicative solutions to the business divisions of the Bank.
Within the IT Operations (ITOPS) department of Lombard Odier T&O, we maintain and support the platform and all applications, operate changes, report and guarantee SLAs.
In the ITOPS governance and project team we focus on designing processes and roles to excel in a transparent, efficient, and stable operating model.
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a passion for Service Now ITSM, ITOM, and innovation in the digital banking space to join our dynamic team.
This role is a key opportunity to contribute to the transformation of our IT services and bring real impact to our business.
In this position, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing ServiceNow projects and promoting the growth of our CMDB in particular.
YOUR ROLE
Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs related to ServiceNow.
Drive the adoption and integration of CMDB across the organization.
Design and implement new features and processes to continuously improve our IT service management.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to align IT services with business goals and operational excellence.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or a relevant field.
5-7 years of experience in IT project management in dynamic environments and balancing both technical and business priorities.
Sound understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management) in ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
Empathy : you understand the needs of various stakeholders and can translate them into actionable outcomes.
Capacity to manage complexity : you thrive in an environment that requires navigating various priorities, making decisions with incomplete information, and staying organized.
Creativity : you bring innovative ideas to solve complex problems and improve processes.
Rigor : you pay attention to details and ensure projects are completed with excellence.
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
